摘 要:随着人们生活水平的提升,食品安全问题日益成为社会关注的焦点。当前,仍有部分不法商家受利益驱动,存在以次充好、违规使用添加剂等违法行为,这不仅严重侵害了消费者的合法权益,更可能引发社会公共安全风险。为应对这一严峻形势,相关部门应创新监管手段,通过引入大数据技术,构建完善的食品安全检测评估体系,切实提升食品安全监管效能。基于此,本文系统分析了构建食品安全检测评估体系的重要意义,并探讨了基于大数据技术的食品安全检测评估体系构建策略,以期为完善食品安全治理体系提供理论支撑和实践指导。With the improvement of people’s living standards,food safety issues have increasingly become a focus of social attention.Currently,there are still some illegal businesses driven by interests,engaging in illegal activities such as passing off inferior goods as good and using additives in violation of regulations.This not only seriously infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of consumers,but also may pose a risk to social public safety.To cope with this severe situation,relevant departments should innovate regulatory measures,introduce big data technology,build a sound food safety testing and evaluation system,and effectively enhance the efficiency of food safety supervision.Based on this,this article systematically analyzes the significance of building a food safety detection and evaluation system,and explores the strategy of building a food safety detection and evaluation system based on big data technology,in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the food safety governance system.
