摘　　要：随着消费时代的变迁,新的消费需求的改革,中国乳业发展迎来了新的挑战。本文对我国乳业发展的现状和乳品消费需求进行分析,挖掘出乳业产业发展中存在的问题,并提出乳业发展创新驱动方向,以期助力乳业行业的高质量、可持续、健康发展。With the changes in the consumer era and the reform of new consumer demands,the development of China’s dairy industry has faced new challenges.This article analyzes the current situation of the development of China’s dairy industry and the demand for dairy products,identifies the problems in the development of the dairy industry,and proposes innovative driving directions for the development of the dairy industry,in order to help the high-quality,sustainable,and healthy development of the dairy industry.
