大理州贡菜产业概况及高质量发展对策

摘　　要：近年来,原产于安徽省亳州市涡阳县的贡菜被引进云南省大理白族自治州种植与加工,受种植面积、加工条件、科研技术等因素的影响,贡菜产业高质量发展受到了限制。本文从贡菜产业概况、存在的问题及对策等方面进行综述,以期为贡菜产业的发展提供思路。In recent years,tribute vegetables originating in Guoyang county of Bozhou city,Anhui province have been introduced into Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan province for planting and processing.Due to the influence of planting area,processing conditions,scientific research technology and other factors,the high-quality development of tribute vegetables industry has been limited.This paper summarizes the general situation,existing problems and countermeasures of the tribute vegetable industry in order to provide ideas for the development of the tribute vegetable industry.
