摘  要:随着预包装食品消费需求的快速增长,其质量安全问题成为社会关注的焦点。本文探讨了预包装食品质量安全的重要性,系统梳理了当前主流检测技术的应用,分析其在微生物、化学物质及添加剂检测中的技术优势与局限性,并提出通过技术研发、设备管理、人员能力提升及技术联用等路径优化检测效果,以期为完善预包装食品安全监管体系提供理论参考。With the rapid growth of consumer demand for pre-packaged food,its quality and safety issues have become a focus of social attention.This article explores the importance of quality and safety in pre packaged food,systematically reviews the application of current mainstream detection technologies,analyzes their technical advantages and limitations in microbial,chemical,and additive detection,and proposes optimizing detection effects through technology research and development,equipment management,personnel capability improvement,and technology integration,in order to provide theoretical reference for improving the pre-packaged food safety supervision system.
