摘　　要：文章致力于创立一套针对高职院校智慧图书馆的智慧运行效能绩效评估框架,遵循科学严谨、灵活调整的原则,涵盖指标遴选、数据整合、算法实施至标准设立与反馈循环的全过程,以全面评估智慧图书馆建设的实际成效。在方法论层面,文章研究结合专家咨询、问卷调研及算法建模等多种手段,确保对智慧图书馆多维度、精细化的评价实现。实践结果显示,该评估框架能有效增强图书馆的管理效能与用户满意度,并促进资源的有效配置与服务模式的创新。构建这一绩效评价体系是提升高职院校图书馆服务质量的内在需求,对于智慧图书馆的持续进步与优化具有不可或缺的推动作用。This paperis to establish a performance evaluation framework for the intelligent operation of intelligent libraries in higher vocational colleges,which follows the principles of scientific rigor and flexible adjustment.It covers the whole process of index selection,data integration,algorithm implementation,standard establishment and feedback cycle to evaluate the actual effect of intelligent library construction.At the level of methodology,this papercombines expert consultation,questionnaire and algorithm modeling to ensure multi-dimensional and fine evaluation of intelligent library.The results show that the evaluation framework can effectively enhance the library’s management effectiveness and user satisfaction,and promote the effective allocation of resources and service model innovation.The construction of this performance evaluation system is the intrinsic demand to improve the service quality of higher vocational college library,and it is indispensable to promote the continuous progress and optimization of intelligent library.
