摘 要:目的分析电子产品干预管理措施在控制儿童青少年不良视力发生发展中的作用。方法2022年随机抽取青浦区幼儿园、小学、初中各一所进行视力监测和问卷调查,对学生电子产品的使用情况进行干预,一年后再次进行调查。结果共纳入926名学生,干预前后,幼儿园儿童夜晚使用电脑时,关闭房间顶灯以及持续使用电脑30分钟以上不休息的总体频率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);小学生看电视的总时间、使用电脑看视频或其他以及玩手机的总频率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);初中生看电视的总时间、玩手机、躺着或趴着看电视、夜晚使用电脑时,关闭房间顶灯以及持续使用电脑30分钟以上不休息的总频率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且幼儿园、小学、初中近视率的上升幅度得到控制。结论适当的电子产品相关知识和行为的干预可以有效降低眼疲劳、延缓学生近视的发生发展。Objective To study effective intervention and management measures of electronic products to control the occurrence and development of children and adolescents’poor eyesight.Methods In 2022,one kindergarten,one primary school and one junior high school in Qingpu District were randomly selected to conduct vision monitoring and questionnaire survey,and the use of electronic products by students was intervened,and the survey was conducted again one year later.Results A total of 926 students were included.Before and after the intervention,the overall frequency difference between kindergarten children who used computers at night,turned off the room ceiling lights and continued to use computers for more than 30 minutes without rest was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total time of watching TV,the total frequency of using computer to watch videos or other things and playing mobile phones were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total time of watching TV,playing mobile phone,lying or lying down watching TV,using computer at night,turning off the ceiling light in the room and using computer for more than 30 minutes without rest were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the increase of myopia rate in kindergartens,primary schools and junior high schools was controlled.Conclusion Appropriate intervention of knowledge and behavior related to electronic products can effectively reduce eye fatigue and delay the occurrence and development of myopia among students.
