摘 要:工匠精神在我国有着源远流长的历史。随着我国综合国力的不断提升和社会产业的转型升级,国家对专业学位硕士研究生的培育越来越关注。工匠精神中所蕴含的“专注”“传承”“创新”和“卓越”等核心品质与当前专业学位硕士研究生所应具备的专业素养不谋而合。当前我国的专业学位硕士研究生教育在培养目标、课程设置和实践环节等方面都忽略了工匠精神这个核心要素。新时代专业学位硕士研究生教育需要不断完善人才培养目标,深挖课程体系中的思政元素,努力营造崇尚工匠精神的校园文化,将工匠精神的培育融入培养全过程。The craftsman spirit has a long history in our country.With the continuous improvement of China's comprehensive national strength and the transformation and upgrading of social industries,the country pays more and more attention to the cultivation of professional master's degree graduate students.The core qualities of"focus","inheritance","innovation"and"excellence"included in the spirit of craftsmanship coincide with the professional qualities that the current professional degree master students should have.At present,China's professional degree and master's education ignores the core element of craftsman spirit in training objectives,curriculum setting and practice links.In the new era,the education of professional master's degree graduates needs to continuously improve the training objectives of talents,dig deeply the ideological and political elements in the curriculum system,strive to create a campus culture advocating the spirit of craftsmanship,and integrate the cultivation of the spirit of craftsmanship into the whole training process.
