摘 要:采用激光导航技术原理设计开发了搬运机器人的调度系统,介绍了调度算法、系统架构、软件与硬件系统的组成,以及该系统在煤炭采制化过程中的应用程序;应用实践表明,激光导航搬运机器人调度系统在煤炭采制样车间中可以显著提高煤炭样品的运输效率和存储准确性,同时降低设备运营成本,提升了煤炭采制化工艺的智能化与自动化水平。This paper developed a scheduling system for material handling robots using the principle of laser navigation technology.It describes the scheduling algorithm,system architecture,and composition of software and hardware systems,as well as the application process of this system in coal sampling,preparation,and testing.Practical applications demonstrate that the laser navigation material handling robot scheduling system significantly improves transportation efficiency and storage accuracy of coal samples in coal sampling and preparation workshops.It also reduces equipment operation costs and enhances the intelligent and automated levels of coal sampling,preparation,and testing processes.
