摘  要:学校德育既要肯定个体主体性在道德人格生成中的意义,又要防止主体性道德人格走向“自我中心主义”的误区。主体性道德人格既是对传统依附性人格的变革,也是一种与现代社会相适应的积极的精神品质,具有独立性、自律性、责任性、平等性和超越性等特征。注重主体性道德人格教育是德育自身发展的需要,是适应时代发展的要求,是学生健康成长的内在诉求。社会转型背景下开展学校主体性道德人格教育,应加强主体性道德人格教育的价值引领,注重主体性道德人格教育的实践养成,激发主体性道德人格发展的内在动力,增强时代新人堪当大任的道德责任感。Moral education in schools should not only affirm the significance of individual subjectivity in the generation of moral personality,but also prevent the subjective moral personality from going into the misunderstanding of“egocentrism”.Subjective moral personality is not only a change of the traditional dependent personality,but also a positive spiritual quality compatible with modern society,characterized by independence,self-discipline,responsibility,equality and transcendence.Focusing on the subjective moral personality education is the need for the development of moral education itself,the requirement of adapting to the development of the times,and the intrinsic demand of students’healthy growth.Carrying out the moral personality education for school subjectivity in the context of social transformation,we should strengthen the value guidance of subjective moral personality education,pay attention to the practice of subjective moral personality education,stimulate the internal motivation of subjective moral personality development,and enhance the sense of moral responsibility of the new generation of the times.
