摘  要:目的:研究团队式教学法联合工作坊教学法运用于眼科专业型硕士研究生带教中的价值。方法:选择2016年7月—2023年7月本院接收的43名眼科专业型硕士研究生为研究对象,随机分为联合组(23名)与传统组(20名)。联合组实施团队式教学法联合工作坊教学法,传统组采用常规教学法。比较2组理论知识及技能操作的考试成绩、综合能力、满意度评分。结果:培训结束后,联合组理论成绩高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组考核成绩总分高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中联合组辅助检查与影像学诊断、病历书写+病例分析、显微缝合得分均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但2组病史采集+查体+诊断得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。联合组综合能力总评分高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中联合组学习态度、自学能力、语言表达、团队合作、创新与问题解决能力评分均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。联合组满意度评分高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:团队式教学法联合工作坊教学法效果更为理想,不仅能够提升眼科专业型硕士研究生的理论和操作考试成绩,还可锻炼其自主学习能力、团队合作能力、语言表达能力、创新与问题解决能力,且学生对带教的满意度高。Objective:To investigate the value of team-based learning combined with the workshop teaching method in the intership tutoring of ophthalmology professional graduate students.Methods:From July 2016 to July 2023,43 professional graduate students in ophthalmology were selected as research subjects and divided into two groups:the combined group(n=23)and the traditional group(n=20)using the coin toss method.The combined group adopted the team-based learning combined with workshop teaching method,while the traditional group used conventional teaching methods.Exam results for theoretical knowledge and practical skills,comprehensive abilities,and satisfaction ratings were compared.Results:The theoretical scores of the combined group were higher than those of the traditional group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total assessment scores of the combined group were higher than those of the traditional group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Among them,the combined group scored higher in auxiliary examination and imaging diagnosis,medical record writing+case analysis,and microsurgical suturing,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of medical history collection+physical examination+diagnosis between the two groups(P>0.05).The total comprehensive ability scores of the combined group were higher than those of the traditional group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Among them,the combined group scored higher in learning attitude,self-study ability,language expression,teamwork,innovation and problem-solving ability,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).The satisfaction scores of the combined group were higher than those of the traditional group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:The team-based learning combined with workshop teaching method demonstrated better outcomes.It not only improved students'theoretical knowledge and operational skills but
