摘 要:公共教育资源是推动健康人力资本提升的重要支撑力,而合理的生师比则是提高公共教育资源管理效率的关键。本文依据2023年我国某省份的中小学生健康调查数据,对心理健康教师配置与学生健康人力资本改善的因果关系进行了定量分析。分析结果显示,增加专业教师配置能显著改善学生的健康人力资本,生师比每降低1%,学生心理潜在风险的发生概率降低0.7466%,该结果在不同统计模型下具有稳健性。进一步研究表明,尽管师资配置对降低学生心理潜在风险发生概率存在边际递减,但其拐点发生于生师比220:1至240:1之间。目前我国中小学心理健康教师的生师比远大于此。因此,进一步加大心理健康教师队伍建设力度,对推动学生健康人力资本高质量发展具有重要意义。Public education resources are essential for enhancing healthy human capital,and an appropriate student-teacher ratio is crucial for improving the efficiency of public education resource management.Based on a health survey of primary and secondary school students in a province of China conducted in 2023,this paper performs a quantitative analysis of the causal relationship between mental health teacher allocation and the improvement of student human capital.The analysis results indicate that increasing the allocation of mental health teachers can significantly boost students'healthy human capital.For every 1%reduction in the student-teacher ratio,the likelihood of students facing potential psychological risks decreases by 0.7466%,and this finding remains robust across various statistical models.Further research reveals that while teacher allocation exhibits diminishing marginal returns in lowering the probability of students'potential psychological risks,the inflection point occurs between a studentteacher ratio of 220:1 and 240:1.Currently,the student-teacher ratio for mental health teachers in China's primary and secondary schools far exceeds this range.Therefore,further strengthening the mental health teacher workforce is of great importance for promoting the high-quality development of students'healthy human capital.
