基于雨课堂和BOPPPS模型的“线上+线下”一体化教学模式的实践及效果评价——以广州大学工商管理专业客户关系管理课程为例

摘  要:本文针对客户关系管理课程在采用雨课堂与BOPPPS模型相结合的“线上+线下”一体化教学模式下的实践及其效果进行评价。首先分析了传统客户关系管理课程教学中存在的问题,然后提出了基于雨课堂和BOPPPS模型的教学实践思路,接着对实施混合教学模式后的教学效果进行了评价。实践表明,该教学模式让学生对客户关系管理的概念、理论和方法的理解更为直接和深刻,更有利于建构客户关系管理思维和方法,激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了教学效果。This paper focuses on the process and effectiveness evaluation of the teaching of Customer Relationship Management(CRM)under the integrated teaching mode that combines Rain Classroom with BOPPPS model.It first analyzes the problems in the traditional CRM teaching,and then proposes a teaching approach based on Rain Classroom and the BOPPPS model,followed by an evaluation of the effectiveness of such blended teaching model.The result shows that this teaching mode enables students to have a more direct and profound understanding of the concepts,theories and methods of CRM,which is more conducive to constructing CRM thinking and methods in students and stimulating their interest in learning so as to improve the teaching effect.
