摘　　要：班集体是高校充分发挥育人功效的基本组织形式,在加强学生思想政治教育、促进学生成长成才和终身发展中发挥着重要作用。综合分析景德镇学院获评全国“活力团支部”——2020级思政2班的建设情况,梳理优秀班集体创建的经验做法,在传承和创新中,推动高校班集体建设的良性发展。Class collectives are the basic organization in colleges and universities which play a critical role in strengthening students'ideological and political education and promoting their academic growth and lifelong development.Therefore,a comprehensive analysis was conducted on the construction process of Class 2 of Ideological and Political Education,Grade 2020,at Jingdezhen University,which was once recognized the"National Vitality Youth League Branch",to sum up the experience for promoting the development of college class collective construction through inheritance and innovation.
