摘　　要：To the Editor:Thymic carcinoma is a highly aggressive subtype of thymomas,accounting for 1%of thymic malignancies.It predominantly(80%)manifests in the anterosuperior mediastinum[1].Nevertheless,the occurrence of extrathoracic metastases,particularly liver metastases,is uncommon.The clinical manifestation of thymic carcinoma accompanied by liver metastases is characterized by ambiguous and nonspecific symptoms.Consequently,it is challenging to ascertain.
