摘 要:以二级减速齿轮箱为研究对象,运用移动粒子半隐式法(MPS)建立了减速器润滑及搅油损失仿真模型,分析了减速器壳体优化、油温、油量对润滑效果的影响。研究结果表明:在壳体内部结构设置挡油板并且对轴承孔平滑过渡后的润滑油体积分数更高,过高的油温时其密度和运动黏度较低,润滑效果相对较差,油量较多时对中间轴及输入轴润滑效果较好。Taking the two-stage reduction gearbox as the research object,the simulation model of lubrication and oil churning loss of the reducer was established by using the moving particle semi-implicit method(MPS),and the influences of the reducer housing optimization,oil temperature and oil volume on the lubrication effect were analyzed.The research results show that the volume fraction of lubricating oil is higher when the baffle plate is set in the internal structure of the housing and the bearing hole is smoothly transitioned.When the oil temperature is too high,the density and dynamic viscosity of the oil are lower,and the lubrication effect is relatively poor.When the oil volume is larger,the lubrication effect on the intermediate shaft and the input shaft is better.
