摘  要:新工科背景下,汽车工业的智能化转型对工业机器人人才的培养提出了更高要求。作为新工科教育的重要组成部分,实训教学在提升学生实践能力与技术素养中扮演着关键角色。然而,当前实训教学中存在理论与实践脱节、教学方法单一以及资源配置不足等问题,难以满足行业对复合型工程技术人才的需求。通过引入案例教学、任务驱动项目、仿真平台支持和校企融合实践等创新教学方法,可有效弥补传统教学中的不足,推动学生知识、能力与素养的全面提升,从而实现理论与实践的有机结合,助力新工科教育目标的达成。Under the background of new engineering,the intelligent transformation of the automobile industry has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of industrial robot talents.As an important part of new engineering education,practical teaching plays a key role in improving students'practical ability and technical literacy.However,there are some problems in the current training and teaching,such as the disconnection between theory and practice,the single teaching method and the insufficient allocation of resources,which are difficult to meet the industry's demand for compound engineering and technical talents.Through the introduction of innovative teaching methods such as case teaching,task-driven projects,simulation platform support and school-enterprise integration practice,it can effectively make up for the shortcomings in traditional teaching and promote the comprehensive improvement of students'knowledge,ability and literacy,so as to realize the organic combination of theory and practice and help achieve the goal of new engineering education.
