摘　　要：本文聚焦高职院校叉车技能社会培训,通过小组式教学法,解决现有培训模式中教学内容与学员需求不匹配、教学方法单一、考核机制不完善等问题。本文通过对小组组建方法、小组线上理论学习、教学内容分层化设计、多维度考核机制的研究,提升了学员的积极性和培训的有效性,为高职院校在叉车技能社会培训中的改革与创新提供了有力支持。This paper focuses on the social training of forklift skills in higher vocational colleges,and solves the problems of mismatch between the teaching content and the needs of students,the single teaching method,and the imperfect assessment mechanism in the existing training mode through the group teaching method.This paper improves the enthusiasm of the trainees and the effectiveness of the training through the research on the method of group formation,online theoretical learning of the group,the hierarchical design of the teaching content,and the multidimensional assessment mechanism,and provides strong support for the reform and innovation of higher vocational colleges in the social training of forklift skills.
