基于需求导向下的交通运输专业研究生个性化培养路径研究

摘　　要：交通运输行业是国家经济和社会发展的重要支柱,培养高水平的专业人才对行业的可持续发展至关重要。本研究以需求导向理论为基础,针对当前交通运输专业研究生培养过程中存在的培养模式趋同、支持服务不足等问题,提出构建个性化培养与支持服务体系的思路。通过分析需求导向理论、交通运输专业特点与行业需求,系统梳理交通运输专业研究生培养与服务的现状。在此基础上,提出个性化培养目标制定、课程体系优化和教学方法创新等策略。The transportation industry is an important pillar of national economic and social development,and the training of high-level professionals is crucial to the sustainable development of the industry.Based on the demand-oriented theory,this study proposes the idea of constructing a personalized training and support service system in view of the problems of convergence of training modes and insufficient support services in the current training process of graduate students majoring in transportation.By analyzing the demand-oriented theory,the characteristics of transportation and the needs of the industry,this paper systematically sorts out the current situation of postgraduate training and service in transportation.On this basis,the strategies of personalized training goal setting,curriculum system optimization and teaching method innovation are proposed.
