摘　　要：新时代背景下,物流产业的迅速发展对高素质技术技能人才提出了更高要求。本文探讨了产业学院背景下物流人才培养的现状、挑战及创新策略。通过分析当前人才培养模式的特点和存在的问题,提出了完善课程体系、加强师资建设、深化校企合作、创新培养模式等策略。研究表明,产教融合的人才培养模式能有效提升学生的实践能力和职业素养。案例分析进一步验证了所提策略的可行性和有效性。实践证明,产业学院模式为培养适应市场需求的高素质物流人才提供了新思路和新方法。Under the background of the new era,the rapid development of the logistics industry has put forward higher requirements for high-quality technical and skilled talents.This paper discusses the current situation,challenges and innovative strategies of logistics talent training in the context of industrial colleges.By analyzing the characteristics and existing problems of the current talent training model,the strategies of improving the curriculum system,strengthening the construction of teachers,deepening school-enterprise cooperation,and innovating the training mode are proposed.The research shows that the talent training model of the integration of industry and education can effectively improve the practical ability and professional quality of students.The case study further verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed strategy.Practice has proved that the industrial college model provides new ideas and new methods for cultivating high-quality logistics talents to meet market demand.
