摘 要:在新质生产力视域下,对汽车相关专业人才的要求越来越高,人才的培养直接关系到国家未来汽车行业的发展。中职院校作为向社会上输送专业技能人才的主要场所,在教育教学中,需要适应新质生产力需求,提升教育的针对性与有效性,进而培养出来的学生才能够满足社会发展需求。教材作为专业教师进行教学的主要素材,也是学生获取知识的主要渠道,随着教育理念的转变,教材内容也需要进一步更新,围绕着新质生产力要求,优化教材的结构,从而促使教师明确教学目标与方向,为学生的发展奠定坚实基础。From the perspective of new quality productivity,the requirements for automobile-related professionals are getting higher and higher,and the cultivation of talents is directly related to the development of the country's automobile industry in the future.As the main place to send professional and skilled talents to the society,secondary vocational colleges need to adapt to the needs of new quality productivity and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of education in education and teaching,so as to cultivate students to meet the needs of social development.With the change of educational philosophy,the content of textbooks also needs to be further updated,and the structure of textbooks should be optimized around the requirements of new quality productivity,so as to promote teachers to clarify the teaching goals and directions,and lay a solid foundation for the development of students.
