摘　　要：本文旨在探讨“组团式帮扶”模式下中高职衔接的汽车类专业建设的现状、挑战与对策。通过分析当前中高职衔接汽车类专业建设中存在的问题,结合“组团式帮扶”模式的优势,提出了一系列针对性的建设策略。本文的研究对于推动中高职衔接汽车类专业建设的优化升级,提升人才培养质量具有重要意义。The purpose of this paper is to explore the current situation,challenges and countermeasures of the construction of automotive majors under the mode of "group assistance".By analyzing the problems existing in the construction of the current middle and higher vocational articulation automotive majors,combined with the advantages of the "group assistance" model,a series of targeted construction strategies are proposed.The research is of great significance for promoting the optimization and upgrading of the construction of automotive majors in the middle and higher vocational articulation and improving the quality of talent training.
