摘　　要：在新时代背景下,随着产业升级和经济结构调整的加速,机械类专业教育面临着前所未有的挑战与机遇。为满足机械类人才培养及教学改革的需要,构筑起具备充实的专业理论知识和丰富实践经验的“双师型”师资队伍显得尤为重要。本文通过分析当前机械类专业师资队伍建设存在的问题,提出优化师资队伍结构、增强教师实践性经验、完善“双师型”教师激励性政策等策略,旨在加速建设符合装备制造人才培养要求的师资队伍,促进机械类专业教育教学的良性、可持续发展。In the context of the new era,with the acceleration of industrial upgrading and economic restructuring,mechanical professional education is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities.In order to meet the needs of mechanical talent training and teaching reform,it is particularly important to build a"double-teacher"teaching team with rich professional theoretical knowledge and rich practical experience.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the construction of mechanical professional teachers,and puts forward strategies such as optimizing the structure of the teaching team,enhancing the practical experience of teachers,and improving the incentive policy for dual-teacher teachers,aiming to accelerate the construction of a teaching team that meets the training requirements of equipment manufacturing talents and promote the benign and sustainable development of mechanical professional education and teaching.
