摘 要:目的探讨以病例为基础(CBL)教学法融合课程思政对口腔医学研究生批判性思维及人文关怀能力的影响。方法在口腔颌面外科新进展这门课程中,采取CBL教学法融合课程思政对桂林医学院2021级35名口腔医学专业研究生进行教学。采用批判性思维能力量表和人文关怀能力评价量表评估学生上课前后的批判性思维及人文关怀能力。结果经CBL融合课程思政教学后,口腔医学专业研究生寻找真相、开放思想、分析能力、系统化能力、批判性思维的自信心、求知欲、认知成熟度及总分均高于教学前;口腔医学专业研究生人文关怀能力总分、认知、勇气、耐心得分均高于教学前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CBL教学法融合课程思政运用在口腔颌面外科新进展这门课程中,能显著提高口腔医学专业研究生的批判性思维及人文关怀能力。Objective To explore the effect of case-based learning(CBL)teaching method combined with curriculum politics on the critical thinking and humanistic care ability of postgraduates in stomatology.Methods In the course of New Advances in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery,CBL teaching method combined with curriculum politics was used to teach 35 stomatological postgraduates of grade 2021.The Critical Thinking Skills Scale and the Humanistic Caring Ability Evaluation Scale were used to assess students’critical thinking and humanistic caring ability before and after class.Results After CBL teaching method combined with curriculum politics instruction,the score of truth-seeking,open-mindedness,analytical skills,systematization skills,and the self-confidence,intellectual curiosity,cognitive maturity,and total scores of critical thinking were higher than those before the instruction in postgraduate students of stomatology.The total score of humanistic caring ability,cognition,courage,and patience scores of postgraduate students in stomatology were higher than those before teaching,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL teaching method combined with curriculum politics used in the course of New Advances in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery significantly improves the critical thinking and humanistic caring ability of postgraduate students in stomatology.
