摘  要:为提升新能源汽车联合制动系统的性能,本文采用基于PID控制的优化策略,设计了能量回收与机械制动协调的联合制动系统。通过调节PID控制参数,实现了制动响应时间、精度与能量回收效率的优化。在实车测试中,系统在不同工况下表现出较好的性能,验证了该设计方案的可行性与有效性。研究结果表明:基于PID控制的联合制动系统能有效提高新能源汽车的制动效率与能量利用率。In order to improve the performance of the combined braking system of new energy vehicles,an optimization strategy based on PID control was adopted to design a combined braking system that coordinates energy recovery and mechanical braking.By adjusting the PID control parameters,the optimization of braking response time,accuracy,and energy recovery efficiency has been achieved.In actual vehicle testing,the system demonstrated good performance under different operating conditions,verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of the design scheme.The research results indicate that the joint braking system based on PID control can effectively improve the braking efficiency and energy utilization of new energy vehicles.
