摘  要:油气弹簧具有空气弹簧的自振频率低、刚度可变的优点,可以大大提高车辆在非公路路面上行驶平顺性和通过性,油气悬架广泛运用于重型自卸车和军用越野车上,因此油气悬架方案及其参数设计具有重要的现实意义。本文以某五轴重型越野车为例,详细介绍了油气悬架方案设计及相关参数的计算过程,验证了其设计的合理性,以保证车辆的设计需求。Oil and gas spring has the advantages of low self-vibration frequency and variable stiffness of air spring,which can greatly improve the ride comfort and passing of the vehicle on the off-highway road surface.Oil and gas suspension is widely used in the heavy dump truck and military off-road vehicles to carry out the design of oil and gas suspension and its parameters are of important practical significance.This paper takes a five-axis heavy off-road vehicle as an example,introduces the calculation process of the suspension design and related parameters,and verifies the rationality of the design to ensure the design requirements of the vehicle.
