摘 要:本文以博尔塔拉职业技术学院交通学院和深圳职业技术大学为例研究职业院校“双师型”师资队伍的培养路径。通过对相关政策的梳理、现状的分析,探讨了“双师型”教师的内涵与标准,并从教师引进、在职培训、校企合作、激励机制等方面提出了具体的培养路径和策略,旨在提升职业院校师资队伍质量,促进职业教育发展。This article takes the School of Transportation at Bortala Polytechnic and Shenzhen Polytechnic Uni‐versity as an example to study the training path of the"dual-teacher"teaching staff in vocational schools.Through sorting out relevant policies and analyzing the current situation,this paper explores the connotation and standards of"dual-teacher"teachers,and proposes specific training paths and strategies from the aspects of teacher introduction,on-the-job training,school enterprise cooperation,and incentive mechanisms,aiming to improve the quality of vocational schools teaching staff and promote the development of vocational education.
