摘 要:本文分析了智能网联汽车技术产业的人才需求现状与挑战;探讨了智能网联汽车技术专业人才培养模式的探索与实践,包括设立明确的岗位能力标准、实施“六阶段工学交替”人才培养模式和课岗证赛融通的课程体系重构;提出了设定培养目标、优化课程体系、创新教学模式与方法、加强师资队伍建设、构建教学质量保障体系等智能网联汽车技术专业人才培养的策略,为智能网联汽车产业的持续发展提供有力的人才支撑。This article analyzes the current status and challenges of talent demand in the intelligent connected vehicle technology industry.It explores the exploration and practice of talent cultivation models for the intelligent connected vehicle technology specialty,including the establishment of clear competency standards for positions,the implementation of a"six-stage work-study alternation"talent cultivation model,and the restructuring of the curriculum system that integrates courses,positions,certifications,and competitions.The article proposes strategies for cultivating talents in the intelligent connected vehicle technology specialty,such as setting cultivation goals,optimizing the curriculum system,innovating teaching models and methods,strengthening the construction of the teaching faculty,and building a quality assurance system for teaching.These strategies aim'to provide robust talent support for the sustainable development of the intelligent connected vehicle industry.
