摘 要:随着汽车维修行业快速发展和现代化教育理念的深入推进,技工院校汽车维修专业亟须建立与行业和时代接轨的课程体系。本文阐述了实施“岗课赛证”融合的必要性,分析了当前汽车维修专业课程体系存在的问题,在此基础上提出构建基于“岗课赛证”融合的实践保障机制,包括重构符合行业需求的课程体系框架、建设“双师型”师资队伍、健全课程评价考核体系等具体措施,为推进我国技工院校汽车维修类专业的高质量发展提供了有益借鉴。With the rapid development of the automotive repair industry and the deepening advancement of modern educational concepts,it is imperative for technical schools specializing in automobile maintenance to establish a curriculum system that aligns with the industry and the times.This paper elucidates the necessity of integrating"Post-Course-Competition-Certification",analyzes the existing problems within the current curriculum system for automobile maintenance programs,and proposes the construction of a practical safeguard mechanism based on this integration.Specific measures include restructuring the curriculum framework to meet industry needs,building a"dual-qualified"teaching staff,and improving the curriculum evaluation and assessment system.These measures provide valuable references for promoting the high-quality development of automobile maintenance programs in China's technical schools.
