摘 要:党和国家一直高度重视残疾人民生福祉问题,鼓励职业院校和社会培训机构积极开展残疾人职业技能培训。在特职融合教育背景下,特殊教育与职业教育育人路径共融的政策导向以及特殊学情与特殊技能的需求,为残疾人洗车技能课程教学资源开发提供了大好机遇。本文深入剖析当前特职融合教育背景下洗车技能课程教学资源严重匮乏、脱离市场需求、开发难度大等现实问题,提出明确教学资源开发原则、搭建课程内容体系、设计培训实操流程等洗车技能课程教学资源开发思路,以提升残疾学生职业技能水平,使其能以一技之长减轻家庭和社会负担,并促进就业增收。The Party and State have always attached great importance to the livelihood and well-being of people with disabilities,and encouraged vocational colleges and social training institutions to actively carry out voca‐tional skills training for people with disabilities.Under the background of special vocational integrated educa‐tion,the policy orientation of the integration of special education and vocational education,as well as the demand for special learning conditions and special skills,provides a great opportunity for the development of teaching resources for the Car Washing Skills course for the disabled.In this paper,we analyze the teaching resources of the Car Washing Skills course in special integrated education are seriously lacking,detached from the market demand,and difficult to develop,and put forward the ideas of teaching resources development for the Car Washing Skills course,such as clarifying the principles of teaching resources development,setting up the curriculum content system,and designing the training process,so as to improve the vocational skills of stu‐dents with disabilities,so as to enable them to reduce the burden of their families and the society with their skills and to promote the employment and income-generating activities.
