摘　　要：随着国家对职业教育的高度重视,为提高汽车专业班主任专业素质、强化教育能力,汽车专业名班主任工作室的建设路径探索尤为重要。江西职业技术大学汽车工程学院作为高职院校汽车专业的佼佼者,积极响应国家政策,通过建设名班主任工作室,不仅促进了班主任队伍的专业化发展,也有效提升了教育质量和水平,为同类院校提供了有价值的经验和启示。With the high attention paid by the State to vocational education,it is particularly important to improve the professional quality of automotive class teachers and strengthen their educational capabilities.The construction path exploration of automotive class teacher studios have become particularly important.As a leading automotive major in vocational colleges,the School of Automotive Engineering at Jiangxi Polytechnic University actively responds to national policies by establishing a studio for renowned class teachers.This not only promotes the professional development of the class teacher team,but also effectively improves the quality and level of education,providing valuable experience and inspiration for similar colleges.
