摘  要:以波谱分析课程中“青蒿素的分子结构综合解析”为例,基于问题导向,围绕如何培养学生综合运用多种方法技术正确解析化合物的分子结构的能力,设计了一系列学习任务和连环问题,将课程的素养目标、知识目标和能力目标有机地融为了一体,也使课程思政教育真正走进专业课教学中。从教学效果来看,学生不仅掌握了有机物结构的综合解析方法,进一步提升了分析问题和解决问题的能力,同时,科学家不畏艰险、坚持不懈的科学探索精神还赋予了学生极强的正能量,有利于他们树立正确的价值观、人生观和家国情怀。This article takes “Comprehensive Analysis of the Molecular Structure of Artemisinin” in the Spectral Aualysis course as an example.Based on a problem oriented approach, a series of learning tasks and chain problems are designed around how to cultivate students' ability to correctly analyze the molecular structure of compounds by comprehensively applying various methods and techniques.The goal is to organically integrate the literacy, knowledge, and ability objectives of the course, and to truly integrate ideological and political education into professional course teaching.From the perspective of teaching effectiveness, students not only master the comprehensive analysis method of organic structure, but also further enhance their ability to analyze and solve problems.At the same time, the scientists' fearless and persistent spirit of scientific exploration also endows students with strong positive energy, which is conducive to establishing correct values, outlook on life, and patriotism.
