摘 要:针对高等学校高分子科学实验教学项目与高分子科学技术发展的不同步现状,提出通过构建互穿聚合物网络(IPN),制备具有温度响应性导电互穿水凝胶材料的新策略,通过测定该材料的温度响应性能,以拓展学生对高分子材料在电学传感领域应用的认知。实验聚焦于高分子科学的研究热点,学生通过查阅文献,在教师引导下确定实验设计方案;教师把握引入科研成果的深度,引导学生确定实验方案,将实验设计成集合成、结构表征、性能测试等为一体的小型科研项目。在实验环节安排上,通过模拟科研探索过程,在部分实验中引入温度或物料变量,并通过不同组之间的数据共享与综合分析,高效完成梯度对照实验并锻炼学生横向数据分析与总结概括的能力。该实验在本科实验教学中已执行2年,指导学生在省级以上学科竞赛中获奖2项,发表中文核心期刊论文1篇,在教学实施过程中取得了良好的实验教学效果。The experimental teaching project of polymer science in colleges and universities is not synchronized with the development of polymer science and technology.To address this issue, this project proposes constructing interpenetrating polymer networks(IPN)and preparing conductive interpenetrating hydrogel materials with thermal-responsiveness.The thermal-response performance of these materials is measured to expand students' understanding of the application of polymer materials in the field of electrical sensing.The experiment focuses on the research hotspot of polymer science.Students conduct a literature review and teachers grasp the depth of the introduction of scientific research achievements, followed by guiding students to design the experiment, which could be regards as a small-scale scientific research project that integrates aggregation-structure characterization-performance testing.In the experimental session, temperature or material variables are introduced into some experiments in order to simulate the process of scientific research exploration.Through data sharing and comprehensive analysis among different groups, the gradient control experiments are efficiently completed.This enables students to develop their ability well to analyze data horizontally and draw conclusions.This experiment has been implemented in undergraduate experimental teaching for two years, during which time students have been guided to win two awards in provincial and above-level disciplinary competitions, and published one paper in a Chinese core journal.The teaching implementation process has achieved a good experimental teaching effect.
