摘 要:针对当前化学类教学实验多为验证实验及学生自主创新性不强的现状,从《化学类专业本科教学质量国家标准》出发,设计了新实验“自制表面解吸常压化学电离质谱装置高效检测红茶中的不饱和脂肪酸”。该实验通过让学生自主搭建常压电晕放电电离装置,深入理解电离与环氧化的原理,激发他们的实验主动性。自制的装置操作简便且快速,大幅降低了教学成本,且避免了有机试剂的参与,符合绿色环保的理念。实验通过研究新型活性物种水自由基阳离子(H_(2)O)_(2)^(+·)与反-2-己烯酸、反-2-辛烯酸C=C的环氧化反应,进行对C=C位置异构体的鉴定和定量分析。同时,实验还考查了学生分析化学的基本操作与有机质谱实验技能,培养了学生动手操作能力与科学创新思维。本实验适合本科化学实验教学,有助于提升学生的自主创新能力,增强其对实验的兴趣和主动性。At present,most chemistry teaching experiments are verification-based,which leads to a lack of independent innovation ability among students.To address this issue,starting from the National Standards for Undergraduate Teaching Quality of Chemistry Specialty,we designed a new undergraduate experiment titled“Self-developed surface desorption atmospheric pressure chemical ionization mass spectrometry for efficient detection of unsaturated fatty acids in black tea”.In this experiment,students will independently build an atmospheric corona discharge ionization device to gain a deep understanding of the principles of ionization and epoxidation,thereby stimulating their experimental initiative.The self-made device is simple and fast,significantly reducing teaching costs,avoiding the use of organic reagents,and being environmentally friendly.In this experiment,C=C position isomers are identified and quantitatively analyzed by studying the epoxidation reaction of the new active species water radical cations,(H_(2)O)_(2)^(+·),with trans-2-hexenoic acid and trans-3-octenoic acid.This experiment covers basic analytical chemistry operations and organic mass spectrometry skills,cultivates students'hands-on operation ability,exercises scientific thinking,and is suitable for undergraduate chemistry experiment teaching.
