摘　　要：思想政治理论课建设内涵式发展的提出,体现了以习近平同志为核心的党中央对思想政治理论课建设科学规律的深刻把握,为办好新时代思想政治理论课提供了方向指引和目标遵循。从提出动因看,思想政治理论课的重要地位和功能、新时代新征程思想政治理论课建设面临的新形势新任务以及亟须破解的突出问题和短板弱项,决定了思想政治理论课建设内涵式发展的出场逻辑。从构成要素看,思想政治理论课建设内涵式发展由体系要素、过程要素和功能要素组成,其核心要义在于体制机制的健全、运行过程的优化和育人实效的提升。从实现路径看,推动思想政治理论课建设内涵式发展要以坚持和加强党的全面领导为根本保证、以坚持守正创新为科学方法、以提高针对性和吸引力为目标导向、以夯实内容支撑和力量根基为重点任务、以加强教师队伍建设为关键保障。The proposal of the intensive development of ideological and political theory courses construction reflects the profound grasp of the scientific laws of ideological and political theory education by the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,and provides a directional guideline and goal to follow for the strengthening and improving of ideological and political theory courses in the new era.From the perspective of motivations,the significant position and functions of ideological and political theory courses,the new situation and new tasks facing these courses in the new era and on the new journey,as well as the prominent issues and weaknesses that urgently need to be addressed,have determined the logical necessity of pursuing the intensive development of ideological and political theory courses construction.From the perspective of constituent elements,it is composed of systemic elements,process elements and functional elements,and its core essence lies in the soundness of the institutional mechanism,the optimization of the operational process and the enhancement of the effectiveness of talent cultivation.From the perspective of the pathways for realization,bringing out the full potential of ideological and political theory courses construction should be fundamentally guaranteed by upholding and strengthening the Party's overall leadership,scientifically guided by the principle of upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground,oriented towards enhancing relevance and attractiveness,focused on consolidating content support and strengthening the foundation,and critically ensured by reinforcing the development of the faculty team.
