摘　　要：针对当今时代和社会对适合市场需求具备发展潜力的、素质优良的技术技能型、复合技能型和知识技能型高技能人才,定位于培养适合行业需求具备发展潜力的、素质优良的人才,推动酿酒技术专业的人才持续发展;依托企业资源和技术力量改变目前酿酒技术专业学生学习动力不足、职业目标不明确、职业规划不清晰、就业率低跳槽率高的现状。着眼于以专业技能自信为核心的“岗课赛证”四位一体融通培养,融入1+X合规管理体系,通过内外结合、典型引领、高端带动、外部牵引,激发师生走上专业自信、技能实干兴旺的发展之路。This project was aimed at cultivating high skilled talents with development potential and excellent quality that were suitable for the market demand of the enterprise industry in the current era and society,including technical,composite,and knowledge skilled talents.It was positioned to cultivate talents with development potential and excellent quality that were suitable for the market demand of the enterprise industry,and promote the sustainable development of talents in the brewing technology profession;Relying on enterprise resources and technological strength to change the current situation of insufficient learning motivation,unclear career goals,unclear career planning,and low employment rate and high job hopping rate among students majoring in brewing technology.Focusing on the integration and cultivation of“on-the-job course competition certification”with professional skill confidence as the core,integrating into the 1+X compliance management system,through internal and external combination,typical guidance,high-end driving,and external traction,we inspired teachers and students to embark on the path of professional confidence,practical skills and prosperity.
