摘 要:目的 研究以学习成果为导向的多模态教学方法在中医护理学临床教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1月1日-2022年12月31日学习中医护理学课程的42名学生,依据临床教学方法分为多模态教学组、常规化教学组各21名。统计分析2组考核成绩、带教方式满意度、临床教学水平满意度、实习情况满意度、临床技能满意度。结果 多模态教学组学生中医护理学理论考试、临床技能考核成绩均高于常规化教学组(P<0.05)。多模态教学组学生对教学方法、临床知识讲解、培训讲座满意度均高于常规化教学组(P<0.05)。多模态教学组学生对教学态度、学生受益情况、临床技能水平、中医临床思维满意度均高于常规化教学组(P<0.05)。多模态教学组学生的出勤、学习方法、学习态度、与患者交流能力满意度均高于常规化教学组(P<0.05)。多模态教学组学生的基础知识、基本技能、理论与实践结合能力、中医临床思维能力、处理常见病能力、医疗文书书写满意度均高于常规化教学组(P<0.05)。结论 中医护理学课程临床教学基地建设以学习成果为导向的多模态教学效果较常规化教学好。Objective To study the application effect of multi-modal pedagogy guided by outcome based education in clinical teaching of TCM Nursing.Methods A total of 42 students studying TCM Nursing from January 1,2021 to December 31,2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to clinical pedagogy:multi-modal pedagogy group and conventional pedagogy group,with 21 students in each group.The scores,teaching method satisfaction,clinical pedagogy level satisfaction,practice satisfaction and clinical skill satisfaction of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The scores of theory examination and clinical skill examination in multi-modal pedagogy group of TCM Nursing were higher than those in conventional pedagogy group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of students in the multi-modal pedagogy group with teaching methods,clinical knowledge explanations,and training lectures was higher than that in the conventional pedagogy group(P<0.05).The students’satisfaction on teaching attitude,student benefit,clinical skill level and TCM clinical thinking in multi-modal pedagogy group were higher than those in conventional pedagogy group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of students’attendance,learning method,learning attitude and patient communication ability in multi-modal pedagogy group was higher than that in conventional pedagogy group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of students’basic knowledge,basic skills,the ability of combining theory and practice,the ability of TCM clinical thinking,the ability of dealing with common diseases,and the satisfaction of writing medical documents in multi-modal pedagogy group was all higher than those in conventional pedagogy group(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching effect of multi-modal pedagogy guided by outcome based education in the construction of clinical teaching bases for the course of TCM Nursing is better than that of conventional pedagogy.
