摘 要:针对碳纤维复合材料汽车保险杠横梁进行了创新性的轻量化设计。实验结果表明,经过轻量化设计,CFRP横梁的吸能量显著增加,吸能量达到峰值的时间从轻量化前的78.7ms延长至了98.8ms,这一延长时间有助于更有效地分散碰撞冲击力。且轻量化设计后的CFRP保险杠横梁最大侵入量为16.83mm,出现在第99ms左右,具有不错的整体刚度。由此可知,研究所提出的轻量化设计方案不仅提升了汽车保险杠横梁的性能,而且在保障乘客安全方面迈出了重要的一步。This study conducted an innovative lightweight design for the carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP)bumper beam.Experimental results show that after the lightweight design,the energy absorption of the CFRP beam increased significantly,and the time for the energy absorption to reach its peak was extended from 78.7ms before light weighting to 98.8ms.This extended time helps to disperse the impact force more effectively.Moreover,the maximum intrusion of the CFRP bumper beam after lightweight design was 16.83mm,occurring around the 99th millisecond,indicating a good overall stiffness.It can be seen that the lightweight design scheme proposed by the study not only enhances the performance of the automotive bumper beam but also takes an important step in ensuring passenger safety.
