摘 要:过江盾构隧道在掘进过程中,尤其是在高水压的穿江段,同步注浆施工会因动水压力大遇到种种难题,导致施工效率低下,影响施工安全及后续使用。依托重庆快轨27号线,重庆站到南滨路站区间下穿长江段,对过江盾构隧道同步注浆材料性能进行重难点分析,提出在过江盾构隧道同步注浆施工过程中,注浆材料抗动水冲刷性能差、浆液凝结时间长、浆液凝结后体积收缩率大等问题,最终导致管片上浮,对隧道的安全运行及使用造成严重影响。同时针对过江盾构隧道同步注浆施工中遇到的难题并给出相应对策,对同类型过江盾构隧道同步注浆施工项目具有指导和借鉴意义。During the excavation process of cross river shield tunnels,especially in high water pressure sections,synchronous grouting construction may encounter various difficulties due to high dynamic water pressure,resulting in low construction efficiency and affecting construction safety and subsequent use.This article relies on the Chongqing Rapid Transit Line 27,which crosses the Yangtze River section from Chongqing Station to Nanbin Road Station,to analyze the performance of synchronous grouting materials for cross river shield tunnels.It points out that during the construction process of synchronous grouting for cross river shield tunnels,problems such as poor resistance to dynamic water erosion,long settling time of grout,and large volume shrinkage rate of grout after solidification ultimately lead to pipe floating,which seriously affects the safe operation and use of the tunnel.The difficulties encountered in synchronous grouting construction of cross river shield tunnels and corresponding countermeasures are proposed,which has guiding and reference significance for synchronous grouting construction projects of similar cross river shield tunnels.
