摘 要:叶酸在酸性条件下不稳定,胃酸对其活性的破坏明显,需要对叶酸进行保护以提高生物利用率。运用静电纺丝技术以聚乙烯醇与普鲁兰多糖作为成膜基材,包埋不同浓度的叶酸,通过表征可证明聚乙烯醇/普鲁兰多糖相互强结合,既可以有效改善聚乙烯醇纤维形态,又可以降低普鲁兰多糖的纺丝成本;通过对鼠李糖乳杆菌生长曲线对比,纳米纤维膜对叶酸具有保护作用;体外释放实验中,三组实验模拟胃液4h释放率分别为34.0%,33.2%,22.1%,在模拟肠液4h分别为68.6%,76.8%,97.4%,均证明其在肠道内有着更好的释放效果;在连续体外消化实验,三组纤维膜在模拟胃液2h整体释放分别为38.7%,35.4%,32.6%,模拟肠液4h整体释放率分别为72.3%,69.9%,76.8%,说明纤维膜有较好的肠道缓控释放性。综上所述静电纺丝技术是保护叶酸稳定性与缓控释放性的一种有效手段。Folate was unstable under acidic conditions,and its activity was greatly impaired by acid.Therefore,its protection is essential to improve its bioavailability.Using PVA and pullulan as film substrate,it was found that the interaction between PVA and PUL was enhanced by electrospinning.Not only effectively improve the morphology of PVA fiber,but also reduce the spinning cost of pullan polysaccharide.The results indicated that the OD of L.rhamnosus indicated that the membrane had protective effect on folate.In vitro release test showed that in 4 hours,the release ratio of simulated gastric juice was 34.0%,33.2%,22.1%,and 4h was 68.6%,76.8%and 97.4%,respectively.In the continuous digestion experiment,the total release rate of fiber membrane was 38.7%,35.4%and 32.6%for 2 hours,and the total release rate was 72.3%,69.9%and 76.8%respectively.In summary,electrospinning is an effective method to maintain folate stability and slow release.
