摘　　要：八宝景天含有丰富的黄酮类化合物,因其具有多种生物活性,已成为国内外科学工作者的研究热点。综述了近年来八宝景天总黄酮的提取方法(超声波提取法、有机溶剂提取法、酶解法、超声波辅助酶解法)和纯化方法(重结晶法、膜分离技术、高速逆流色谱技术、大孔树脂吸附法),并从抗氧化活性、抑菌活性这2个方面阐述了八宝景天总黄酮生物活性研究进展,旨在为深入研究和开发利用八宝景天提供参考。Sedum spectabile boreau is rich in flavonoids,which have become a research hotspot for scientists at home and abroad.In this paper,the extraction methods(ultrasonic extraction,organic solvent extraction,enzymatic hydrolysis,ultrasonic-assisted enzymatic hydrolysis)and purification methods(recrystallization,membrane separation,high-speed countercurrent chromatography,macroporous resin adsorption)of total flavonoids from Sedum spectabile boreau in recent years were reviewed.In addition,the progress made in the research on the biological activity of total flavonoids of Sedum spectabile boreau in recent years was expounded from the aspects of antioxidant activity and antibacterial activity.It aimed to provide a reference for the in-depth research and development and utilization of Sedum spectabile boreau.
