摘  要:现代学徒制人才培养模式是当前高职院校为促进专业发展与社会人才需求接轨、提升学生就业能力、与企业共同培养职业技能人才的一种教育模式。为了深化高职农产品加工类专业产教融合、校企合作共同育人,帮助毕业生更好就业规划,对高职农产品加工与质量检测专业进行了现代学徒制实践与探索。实践结果表明,采用现代学徒制人才培养模式不仅提升了学生的专业操作技能和职业规划能力,且通过学徒制育人培养模式的实施,有效地提高了学生的职业综合素养,从而促进专业建设改革和创新人才方面的质量提升。The modern apprenticeship model for talent training is a current educational approach employed by vocational colleges to align professional development with societal talent demands and enhance student employability through collaboration with enterprises.This paper explored the practice and implementation of the modern apprenticeship model in the vocational field of agricultural product processing and Quality Inspection.The purpose was to deepen the integration of industry and education and to cooperate in nurturing talent,aiding graduates in better employment planning.The training outcomes suggested that the modern apprenticeship model not only improves students'professional operational skills and career planning abilities but also effectively enhanced their overall vocational competence.Consequently,this fosters professional construction reform and innovation in talent quality improvement.
