摘  要:实践教育基地是实践教学的重要载体,是培养学生将所学知识应用于实践,提高其动手能力与创新实践能力的重要平台。以山西农业大学与山西省农业科学院合署改革为背景,以葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业为例,结合葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业人才培养的特点,分析了当前大学生人才培养过程中实践教育存在的问题,并且对葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业院、所合作共建实践教育基地及协同育人机制进行了探索与实践,这对于提升高校办学质量和促进大学生全面发展,都具有十分重要的意义。Practical education base is an important carrier of practical teaching,which is an important platform to training students to apply what they have learned in practice and improve their hands-on ability and innovation and practice ability.Based on the background of the reform of Shanxi Agricultural University and Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences,this paper took Viticulture and Enology as an example,analyzed the problems of practical education in the process of training college students by combining the characteristics of Viticulture and Enology,and explored and practices the mechanism of collaborative education between the colleges and institutes of Viticulture and Enology.It was of great significance to improve the quality of university education and promotd the overall development of college students.
