摘 要:面向新工科建设要求,为培养契合未来社会经济发展需要的地方交通工程专业复合型创新人才,以福建农林大学交通工程专业建设为例,探索地方院校交通工程专业复合型创新人才的培养路径。在符合专业建设规范的基础上,针对地方院校传统交通工程专业的知识体系瓶颈,以及复合型创新人才培养机制的不足,专业经过多轮的改革与创新,逐步调整交通工程专业的人才培养目标和培养体系,初步构建复合型创新人才的培养机制。本专业复合型创新人才培养实施路径总结为4个方面:“传统+新兴”专业方向建设、“体系+模块”课程结构优化、“校企+竞赛”项目融合培养、“团队+个人”导师全程指导。该实施方案从专业建设转型入手,融入新工科专业方向,从专业发展脉络上明确人才培养架构;课程体系优化通过“课程体系—课程组模块”结构,提升学生的自主学习能力,实践环节结合创新创业项目,强化学生的专业技能,形成理论与实践的有机结合;本科导师制的实施确保人才培养方案的落地与实效。该培养模式的实施取得了显著成效,为地方院校相似工科专业建设提供有益借鉴,同时也为传统工科专业向新工科的升级改造提供实践路径。In response to the requirements of Emerging Engineering Education(EEE)and to cultivate interdisciplinary innovative talent in local transportation engineering programs that align with future socio-economic development needs,this study takes the Transportation Engineering program at Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University as an example to explore the training path for interdisciplinary innovative talent in local universities.Based on compliance with professional construction standards,the program has undergone multiple rounds of reform and innovation to address the limitations of the traditional knowledge system in local transportation engineering programs and the shortcomings in the training mechanisms for interdisciplinary innovative talent.Through continuous adjustments,the program has gradually refined its talent cultivation objectives and framework,initially establishing a mechanism for interdisciplinary innovative talent development.The implementation path of interdisciplinary innovative talent cultivation in this program can be summarized into four key aspects:“Traditional+Emerging”professional direction development,“System+Module”curriculum structure optimization,“University-Enterprise+Competition”integrated project-based training,and“Team+Individual”full-process mentorship.This implementation strategy starts with the transformation of professional development,incorporating emerging engineering disciplines and defining a clear talent cultivation framework based on the trajectory of professional advancement.The curriculum optimization follows a“curriculum system-modular course group”structure,enhancing students self-directed learning capabilities.The practical components are integrated with innovation and entrepreneurship projects to strengthen students professional skills,ensuring an organic combination of theory and practice.Furthermore,the implementation of an undergraduate mentorship system ensures the effectiveness and practicality of the training plan.This training model has ach
