摘 要:针对目标毁伤评估是指挥员实施科学决策、正确指挥的重要依据,提出一种基于高斯混合模型和EM算法的图像变化检测算法。通过检测目标打击前后的图像变化率,评估判断目标毁伤情况;同时考虑图像的灰度和纹理特性,构建差分融合图像,针对差分融合图像的变化像元和非变化像元,构建高斯混合模型,采用EM算法计算模型参数;用最小错误率的贝叶斯决策,对差分融合图像进行变化检测。实验结果表明:该方法合理可靠,目标毁伤评估实用性强。Target damage assessment is an important basis for commanders to make scientific decisions and command correctly.An image change detection algorithm based on Gaussian mixture model and EM algorithm is proposed.The damage of the target is evaluated by detecting the image change rate before and after the attack of the target,and the difference fusion image is constructed by considering the gray and texture characteristics of the image at the same time,and the Gaussian mixture model is constructed for the changed pixels and the non-changed pixels of the difference fusion image,and the model parameters are calculated by the EM algorithm;Bayesian decision with minimum error rate is used to detect the change of the difference fusion image.The experimental results show that the method is reasonable and reliable,and the target damage assessment is practical.
