摘 要:在教育“科学化”进程中,理性主义引领的循证理念异化为证据至上并反向裹胁教育,导致了价值缺位。立足词源学和哲学根基创生“有效循证”的内涵,能够突出价值理性回归,实现对“循证”的改良与完善。教育政策拟定与修订呼唤有效循证,是基于实践的决策科学化结果;教育实践合乎政策吁求有效循证,是基于决策的实践规范化要求。有效循证的实现要以证据驱动的“决策—研究—实践”循环为逻辑起点,倡导循证归旨的实证研究,强化服务决策与实践的有效证据产出;兼顾多元理性证据,凸显实践需要的政策调整的潜在方向;综合研究证据与教师经验智慧,构建符合政策的改进型教育实践。In the process of“scientization”of education,the rationalism-led concept of evidence-based education has been alienated to the supremacy of evidence and coerced education in the opposite direction,resulting in a lack of value.By creating the connotation of“effective evidence-based”practice based on etymology and philosophy,the return of value and rationality will be highlighted,and the improvement and perfection of“evidence-based”practice will be realized.The formulation and revision of educational policies calls for effective evidence-based practices as a result of scientific decision-making,and educational practice in line with policies calls for effective evidence-based practice as a result of standardized practice of decision-making.The effective evidence-based practices should take the cycle of evidence-driven“decision making-research-practice”as the logical starting point,stick to the evidence-based empirical research,and strengthen the output of effective evidence serving decision-making and practice.It should also take into account the evidence of pluralistic rationality and highlight the potential direction of policy adjustments required by practice,and combine research evidence and teachers’experience wisdom to construct the improved educational practice in line with policies.
