摘 要:利用多体动力学仿真软件Simpack建立曲线线路包含弹性轮对的地铁车辆-轨道系统动力学模型,研究不同特征波磨激励对轮轨作用力和磨耗的影响,以及系统垂向振动特性.结果表明:车辆通过直缓点且波深为0.20 mm时,轮轨作用力出现0值和超出安全限值的极值情况,车辆稳定性变差;当车辆通过圆曲线中段且波深为0.20 mm时,左侧车轮轮缘和右侧车轮踏面产生应力集中现象,接触应力最大值>材料屈服极限,导致轮轨磨耗加剧.波磨波长的变化使得车辆结构振动峰值范围发生变化,且短波长波磨激励导致振动峰值点能量变大,产生更加明显的共振现象.建议重点关注直缓点位置,控制波磨深度<0.14 mm,并及时对轨道线路进行检测和钢轨打磨.Simpack,a multibody dynamic simulation software was used to build a dynamic model of the subway vehicle-rail system including elastic wheelsets and curved tracks to study the effects of corrugation excitations with different characteristics on the wheel-rail contact forces and wear,and the vertical vibration characteristics of the system.The results indicated that:when the vehicle passed through the point of tangent to spiral with a corrugation depth of 0.20 mm,extreme values wheel-rail contact force such as zero and the values exceeding the safety limit appeared,leading to decreased stability of the vehicle;when the vehicle traversed the middle section of curved tracks with a corrugation depth of 0.20 mm,stress concentration was observed on the flanges of the left wheels and the treads of the right wheels,and the maximum contact stress surpassed the material yield limit,leading to increased wheel-rail wear.Then,it could be concluded that the variation of corrugation wavelength would cause a change in the peak value of structural vibration,and the excitation of short wavelength corrugation would led to an increase in the energy of the vibration peak,resulting in more obvious resonance phenomena.Therefore,it is recommended that the point of tangent to spiral should be the primary focus,the depth of corrugation should be controlled within 0.14 mm,and the track inspections and rail grinding should be conducted in time.
