摘　　要：高等教育是国家最宝贵的创新型资源,具有赋能新质生产力发展的独特优势。新质生产力彰显出全新生产驱动内力、生产全新要素和生产价值旨趣的新质态。高等教育赋能新质生产力发展的目的在于激发全社会的创新活力,在中国式现代化深入推进的历史进程中,高等教育只有立足新主体、新介质、新对象,才能充分发挥人才、知识、技术和产业协同的最大优势,释放发展新质生产力的不竭动能。高等教育赋能新质生产力发展的实践路径是:创建教育科技人才一体化发展机制,驱动新质生产力发展;调整学科结构,培育新质生产力发展潜在优势;加速人才培养,蓄积新质生产力发展的人才资本;创新产教融合格局,助力新质生产力发展;扩大教育开放,拓展新质生产力发展新空间。Higher education is the most valuable innovative resource of the country,with unique advantages in empowering the development of new-quality productivity.New-quality productivity demonstrates a new-quality state of the internal force driven by brand-new production,the new factors of production,and the purpose of production value.The purpose of empowering the development of new-quality productivity in higher education is to stimulate the innovation vitality of the whole society.In the historical process of deepening Chinese path to modernization,only by basing itself on new subjects,new media and new objects,can higher education give full play to the greatest advantages of talent,knowledge,technology and industrial cooperation,and release the inexhaustible momentum of developing new-quality productivity.The practical path for higher education to empower the development of new-quality productivity is to create an integrated development mechanism of education,technology,and talent to drive the development of new-quality productivity,adjust the disciplinary structure to cultivate potential advantages for the development of new-quality productivity,accelerate talent cultivation to accumulate talent capital for the development of new-quality productivity,innovate the production-education integration to promote the development of new-quality productivity,and expand educational openness to create a new space for the development of new-quality productivity.
