摘  要:社会情感是人面对不确定性社会的核心能力,也是世界的最新期待。本研究就国际组织对社会情感能力学校管理和课程改革模式的发展历程开展梳理。在学校管理“主阵地”层面,校长等管理者全员培训、任课教师全程教育、环境氛围全方位营造、家校社协同做好学生社会情感能力的管理服务。在课程实践“主渠道”方面,全面开展促进学生社会情感能力提升的必修课、注重推出满足特殊学生群体需求专题预防的选修课、加强探索情感能力实践困境的研修课,多渠道培养学生社会情感能力。研究发现,当前社会情感能力培养呈现由聚焦基础教育,拓展到高等教育的趋势。从系统视角探索大、中、小三学段一体化社会情感能力培养体系,用数字化技术精准赋能学生社会情感能力的管理模式,家校社三者协同发力,形成学生社会情感能力教育联合共同体,助力学生社会情感能力提升。Social emotional competence is the core ability for people to survive an uncertain society,and it is also the latest expectation of the world.This article reviews the development of school education management and curriculum reform models of social emotional competence by international organizations.At the level of school management,principals and other managers receive full training,teachers receive full education,the environment and atmosphere are created in an all-round way,and home-school communities collaborate to provide management services for students social emotional competence.In terms of the of curriculum practice,we comprehensively carry out compulsory courses that promote the improvement of social emotional competence of all students,focus on introducing elective courses that meet the needs of special student groups,strengthen training courses that explore the practical difficulties of emotional abilities,and cultivate students social emotional competence through multiple channels.The study found that the current social emotional competence are showing an expansion from focusing on primary and secondary school students to college students and postgraduates.It is advised to explore the integrated training system includign university,middle school and primary school from a systemic perspective,to use digital technology to accurately empower students with social emotional competence management model,and to use the coordinated efforts of family,school and society to form social emotional competence Education unites so as to help students improve their social emotional competence.
