摘　　要：转基因技术是现代生物技术领域的重要分支之一,通过向生物体引入外源基因,改变生物体的遗传特性,从而实现对农作物、动物和微生物等生物体的改良。综述转基因技术与转基因食品的风险和受益,进一步了解转基因技术对社会、环境以及人类健康的影响,提出转基因食品监管问题及改进建议,以促进转基因技术的可持续发展与应用。Transgenic technology is one of the important branches in the field of modern biotechnology.By introducing foreign genes into the organism,it can change the genetic characteristics of the organism,so as to achieve the improvement of crops,animals,microorganisms and other organisms.This article aims to provide a systematic overview of the risks and benefits of transgenic technology and transgenic food,further understand and the impact of transgenic technology on society,environment and human health,put forward the problems of transgenic food supervision and suggestions for improvement,with a view to promoting the sustainable development and application of transgenic technology.
