摘　　要：经验是知识的来源,是认识世界的重要途径。囿于传统经验主义的局限性所定义的经验不确定性、模糊性必然导致经验在理性世界中的意义弱化。重新认识临床经验的历史内涵和内在价值是中医学自我救赎而于变局中开新局的重大原则问题。领悟中医学数千年临床智性实践而凝练、汇聚的众多医家的传承发展脉络所蕴含的超越个体经验和特定社会环境而具有普遍存在的、历史性、整体性经验价值,突破经验的传统认识而提出中医对人类生命健康所具有的超验价值和具有核心支持作用的超验逻辑,并先后分析实现超验价值其可能性、层次性及反思和自组织性的贡献。中医学超验价值论不仅为现代经验主义等思想提供新的借鉴意义,并将为实现个体化治疗和医患共同体为特征的未来健康医学提供中国式的方案和东方的哲学智慧。Experience serves as a fundamental source of knowledge and a pivotal means of comprehending the intricacies of the world.However,the constraints imposed by traditional empiricism,which confine experience within the realm of uncertainty,inherently lead to the erosion of its significance within the realm of rational discourse.Consequently,the re-examination of the historical depth and intrinsic merit of clinical experience emerges as a pivotal principle for Chinese medicine to reclaim its essence and forge new paths amidst the ever-evolving global landscape.Understanding the value of universal,historical and holistic experience that transcends individual experience and specific social environments,which has been condensed by thousands of years of clinical intellectual practice of Chinese medicine and the development of the inheritance of many medical practitioners,breaking through the traditional understanding of experience and proposing the transcendental value of Chinese medicine to human life and health and the transcendental logic that has a core supportive role,and analysing successively the possibilities of realising and hierarchy of the transcendental value,the contribution of reflection to the realisation and self-organization of the transcendental value.The transcendental value theory of Chinese medicine will not only provide new implications for modern empiricism and other ideas,but will also provide Chinese-style solutions and Eastern philosophical wisdom for the realisation of a future health medicine characterised by individualised treatment and doctor-patient communities.
